Quality Assurance

It is our policy and normal procedure to monitor, evaluate and inspect standards of care by the following methods:

 

  • - Regular meetings for residents, relatives, advocates, friends and staff
  • - Monthly Management meetings
  • - Continual observation, appraisal and assessment undertaken by staff and management on a daily basis
  • - In-house induction and foundations staff training sessions
  • - External NVQ qualifications for staff

To inform, update and act on constructive suggestions or criticism by residents, relatives, friends and staff
