Inspection Reports

All Care Homes are inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and consecutive reports confirm that Netherhayes Care Home consistently achieves the highest four-star rating. The quality of care is continuously monitored and residents and relatives are invited to participate in reviews and ongoing discussions to ensure that the well-being, dignity and comfort of all residents are maintained.

An ongoing programme of staff training is implemented to ensure that high standards are maintained in line with the latest developments in care practices and as prescribed by legislation. For the resident and their relatives, it is of prime importance to know that they are in safe hands.
