Our Staff

Melanie Godbeer has been the Manager at Adelaide Lodge since 2009 and brings with her more than 13 years’ experience of working in the care sector. Along with her team of supervisors, seniors, care assistants and domestic staff, she is dedicated to providing round the clock care for the individual and respecting their privacy, independence and dignity.

Melanie obtained the necessary NVQ (National Vocational Qualifications) detailed as follows:
